How can I book with you?

I'm encouraging everyone to book online this year. It saves so much time going back and forth. If it's short notice and you don't see anything, you're welcome to reach out via text or email (taclerc@gmail.com). If you’re not sure what to book, add a message to the service closest to what you'd like, and I'll reach out.

What happens if I miss my appointment or need to reschedule?

I understand things come up, I need 24 hours notice at least in order to fill your spot. Anything less than that incurs 50% of the appointment price. No shows and those canceling within 24 hours will be charged the full appointment price. When you book online you’re able to adjust your appointment as needed up to 24 hours before. Appointments more than 20 minutes late might not be able to have a full service.

I don’t see any availability that works for my schedule…

Never fear! Sign up for the waitlist and you will be notified if someone cancels. You can also message me and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. That being said I sign off after Saturday appointments. So texts at 3am, pictures sent at midnight. I'll be responding back Tuesday-Saturday 9-5.

How can I reach you?

If you’re running a few minutes behind (ie 10 minutes or less) I appreciate a text/call. If you need to cancel late, I appreciate a text so I can fill your spot. Any inspo pics or non urgent communication can be via email, social media messages or text.

Where are you located?

I’m in the Image Studio Suite, suite 105 located in the strip mall next to the Dierbergs.

Do I need to do anything before/after an appointment?

Before a color service make sure your hair has been washed within 24hrs before. A clean hair canvas makes for better results. Wait 48 hours after any color service to shampoo your hair. I recommend only washing your hair 2x/week. Usually color slips faster when you over shampoo especially w/ our hard, hot, potent mineral water is the culprit.
